Each time you buy or sell a home you can get a cash rebate of 15% of the real estate commission earned by our real estate broker who is assisting you. And, you can support your qualified non-profit organization. A donation will be made to qualified non-profit organization that is equal to 5% of the commission earned by our real estate broker assisting you.

Eligibility

  1. I am not working with any third party relocation company. I understand that incentives are paid one time per transaction.

  2. If selling a home, I currently have no listing agreement in effect with a real estate broker. I understand that I must close my home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.

  3. If purchasing a home, I have not yet viewed any property that I intend to purchase or signed an agency agreement with any other real estate broker/agent. I understand that I must close on my new home with a Realtor® participating in this affinity program.
State Disclosures
This program is available to participants nationwide, although incentives are prohibited in some states. AK, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR and TN do not allow incentives/rebates to be shared back with individuals. However, you are still eligible to receive the professional services of our network approved real estate professionals.

Although Alabama will not allow cash incentives to be paid to individuals looking to buy or sell a home, you are eligible to receive a credit at closing of the same amount as the cash incentive. This credit will be reflected on the HUD1 statement at the time of closing, reducing your closing cost.

How will I be contacted?
Call or email Within 24 hours, your AlumniHomeSavings Representative will contact you. He/she will conduct a thorough interview to determine your specific needs when buying or selling your home. Keeping your needs in mind, your representative will assign an agent that will assist with all details involved in buying or selling your home.

How do I claim my incentive?
On or after the day of closing, call your AlumniHomeSavings Representative at or email them at registration@primebenefit.com to report a successful closing. Your incentive check will be mailed to you within 30 days.
